We are a leading ointment plant manufacturer in India, Ointment plant are widely used in pharmaceutical, Biotech and cosmetics industries for processing of Ointment, Cream, Gel, Shampoo, toothpaste, hair oil, lotions and other emulsions and homogenization. Pacific has well experience in producing of ointment plant after working with all sectors including pharmaceutical, biotech and cosmetic industries. Three vessel of Ointment plant are jacketed, insulated and cladded ointment manufacturing, wax and water phase vessel. And plain ointment storage vessel with wheel mounted. All vessels are manufactured from AISI SS 316 grade sheets and cGMP compliant construction. Ointment manufacturing vessel has semi contra design agitator and bottom entry homogenizer for uniform mixing to ointment and cream. And wax and water phase vessel has top mounted propeller type stirrer.

Both wax and heated water are transferred into ointment manufacturing vessel automatically through vacuum. In ointment manufacturing vessel both wax and water are homogenized to make a uniform emulsion and cooled by passing chilled water into the jacket of ointment mfg. vessel. After the emulsion is formed active ingredients or colors etc. are added thoroughly and mixed and homogenized. Now Ointment or Cream is ready for filling. The same is transferred by transfer or lobe pump into ointment storage vessel. Then from ointment storage vessel it will be transferred into filling machine through metering pump. Metering pump speed can be controlled as per tube filling machine capacity.
